Range balls and lunch will be provided to all participants along with water and snacks on the course each day of the tournament.

Player withdrawal policy during tournament play:  Tournament officials will scrutinize every withdrawal by interviewing the player and their playing partners.  If it’s determined that a player has withdrawn for reasons other than an injury, illness or family crisis, then it will be considered a violation of the JAGS player’s code of conduct.  The player will be suspended and could lose JAGS membership eligibility and/or tournament participation eligibility.  When a player makes his or her intention of withdrawing known to tournament officials, the player will again be advised of the policy and the consequences of an unjustified WD.

Players withdrawing from a tournament before the tournament deadline date: Players withdrawing from a tournament before the tournament deadline date must contact the JAGS Junior Tour in writing by email or fax not later than 5pm on the deadline date.  If requested, a refund will be remitted less a $50.00 administrative processing fee or the tournament entry fee may be used as a credit for an upcoming tournament during the current season.

Players withdrawing from a tournament after the tournament deadline date:  Tournament entry fees are not refundable to players who withdraw from a tournament after the tournament deadline date, regardless of the reason.

Players withdrawing from a tournament the day before or the day of a tournament before play as begun:

It is the responsibility of the player or parent to speak with a JAGS Tournament Official personally to withdraw from a tournament the day or night before the tournament or the morning of a tournament.  This can be done by calling the course the day of the tournament and asking them to page a JAGS Junior Tour Official or call a JAGS Tournament Official’s cell phone number at the times listed below.  Leaving a voice message on the JAGS Junior Tour voice mail, or with a course official will result in a DQ – No Show.

Player substitution:  Players withdrawing from a tournament may not substitute another player in their place at the tournament in which are withdrawing from.

Tournament entry confirmations:  Tournament entry confirmations are sent out by JAGS Junior Tour via e-mail within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) after receipt of entry form, but are not guaranteed to reach the player or parent due to settings on individual computers or incorrect e-mail addresses given to JAGS.  It is the responsibility of the player or parent to check the JAGS Junior Tour website at www.jagstour.com five (5) day before the first day of the tournament they entered to play in for entrance confirmation and round one tee times.

Web site not  working?  It is suggested that players and parents refresh their browser on their computer each time you visit the JAGS Junior Tour web site.  Refreshing your browser will give you all updated and current information posted by JAGS on the site.

NO SHOWS will not be tolerated.  Players who are disqualified from a JAGS Junior Tour tournament because of a “No Show” (Rule 6-3a), may result in being placed on tournament suspension and could be prevented from being accepted into the field of the next Golfweek ranked, AJGA PBE ranked, or a Major JAGS tournament (which ever is first) hosted by the JAGS Junior Tour.  The decision to withhold an entry for Rule 6-3a from a tournament listed above is the decision of the JAGS Junior Tour Executive Board.  All decisions are final.

Advice is any counsel or suggestion which could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke. In addition, any conversation between parent/spectator may be construed as advice. This includes any conversation between player/spectator in their native language. In either instance penalty for breach of this rule is two strokes.   Players are responsible for the actions of their relatives and spectators in regards to this rule.

Language:  English is to be the spoken language during tournament play by all players, parents, spectators and tournament officials.  Player 1st offense: 2 stroke penalty, 2nd offense: DQ.  Parent/Spectator/Tournament Official: On course privileges revoked.

A Tournament Winner - is the competitor who plays the stipulated round(s) in the fewest strokes.  The first place winner in a JAGS tournament will be determined by actual playoff rather than other means if allowed.  This requires players with clubhouse lead to be available for a possible playoff until all tournament competitors complete the final round and all scores are known to determine a tournament winner.  A competitor who fails to remain at the course for a playoff will forfeit a first place finish.

Player/Parent/Guest Attire Policy:  Hats/visors must be worn with brim forward, males must remove hat/visors while indoors at host facility.  Boys shirts are to be tucked in at all times while at the golf course.  Shirts may be polo collared golf shirts or full or mock collared golf shirts.  Women’s fashion shirts without a collar are acceptable but must have sleeves.  Women’s shorts must be no more than 5” above the knee or the inseam of the shorts must measure at least 5”.   Girls golf shirts not tucked in must cover their midriff when swinging a club.
