Advance Level

Advance Members: Advance level tournaments are for boys and girls 12-19* years old. Gold members have first priority tournament entry and Bronze members have second priority tournament entry before 5pm on the posted cancellation date of each tournament. The cancellation date is the last day to request a refund or tournament entry fee transfer. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable for any reason, after the posted tournament cancellation date at 5:00 pm. Tournament entry fees may not be transferred to another player. Player substitution is prohibited.

* Players who turn 19 during their senior year in high school may continue to play in tournaments on the JAGS Tour through the end of the 2012 tournament season (August 31st) providing they do not report to college before August 1, 2012.

ONCE AGAIN: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for any withdrawals regardless of the reason after the posted tournament cancellation date at 5:00 p.m. This policy is in effect due to the contractual obligations JAGS Tour has with host venues scheduled months in advance. Every JAGS Tour venue requires a guaranteed number of players per each contractual agreement prior to the tournament start date. In order to continue obtaining quality venues, JAGS Tour must honor & respect the venue policies. JAGS Tour venues do not close the entire course down on weekends for JAGS Tour tournaments as golf courses schedule other tournaments and premium play around the number of players given to each course per our contractual agreement prior to the first day of tournament play.

Many tournaments will fill up prior to the cancellation date and if a tournament is full, member’s tournament registrations are automatically placed on a wait list in the time order their application was received ahead of nonmembers. Members signing up for a tournament after the cancellation date will not have priority status over non-member’s pending registrations submitted and received before the cancellation date.

Advance Non-members: A player who has not registered online for membership and desires to participate in any JAGS Tour event is considered a non-member. Non-members must be 12 years old may only play in Advance Level 36 or 54-hole tournaments. Non-members are subject to higher entry registration fees per tournament and are not eligible for membership gifts or tournament bonus points.

A non-member’s on-line tournament registration will not be processed until the next business day following the 5pm tournament’s cancellation date. Non-member's applications will be processed provided there is space available in the tournament, and the non-member’s proof of age document is on file and approved. Credit card payments will not be charged until the player is placed in the tournament. Applications missing required information or proof of age documents will be rejected and not processed.

JAGS Tour welcomes out of state players to play in Advance Level Tournaments only and is happy to extend this non-member policy. Early notification of your desire to play is appreciated and expedites the process. JAGS Tour will make every effort to fulfill your desire to play and accommodate your entry process around your travel plans to minimize your costs & logistical plans.

Intermediate Level

Membership is required to play in an Intermediate Level JAGS Tour Tournament.
Intermediate level 18-hole tournaments are not eligible to be ranked by the national ranking systems.

Intermediate level tournaments are for boys and girls 10-11 years old and tournament entry is on a first come first service basis. A refund request must be submitted in writing via fax or email to JAGS Tour and be received by JAGS Tour before 5pm on the posted tournament cancellation date the player is withdrawing from. Approved refunds are only remitted by check less a $50.00 administrative/e-commerce processing fee per tournament.

Players are not permitted to play up from the Intermediate Tournament Level to the Advance Tournament Level until they reach the age of 12 years old. Players may move up to the Advance Tournament Level during the month they turn 12. Membership may be upgraded to the Gold or Bronze Advance Level 1 month prior to the intermediate player’s 12th birthday. Membership is not required to play at the Advance Tournament Level but JAGS Tour members have priority tournament entry and pay lower tournament entry fees over all non-members.

Intermediate level tournament players will play 18-holes at each tournament. Registration for 36 or 54-hole tournaments is not available to players under the age of 12 years old. Intermediate level tee times will be after the advance players have cleared the first tee at each tournament site. If the tournament is a shotgun start, the Intermediate level players will be grouped and assigned to play the hole directly behind the advance players. When available, all intermediate groups will have an official scorer/marker verifying the player’s scores. Official scorers/markers are not permitted to give advice or rulings unless they are a tournament official.

Player’s code of conduct, Parents and Spectators Code of Conduct, and all tournament rules and requirements apply to all JAGS Tour tournament players, parents and guest regardless of the level the player is competing in.
