MEMBER AND NON-MEMBER TOURNAMENT ENTRY
POLICY
2008/2009 Tournament Season: Sept. 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.
Tournament Registration: Online Registration Only Available 24/7 – Visa and MasterCard Accepted
MEMBERS:
Members have first priority tournament entry
before 5pm on the cancellation date of each
tournament.
The cancellation date is
approximately 30-days prior to the
tournament date and is the last day to
request a refund or a one time tournament
entry fee transfer. Many tournaments will
fill up prior to the cancellation date and
if a tournament is full, member’s
applications are automatically placed on a
wait list in the time order their
application was received ahead of
nonmembers.
Members signing up for a
tournament after the cancellation date
will
not have priority status over
nonmember’s pending applications submitted
and received before the cancellation date.
NONMEMBERS:
JAGS
Junior Tour encourages participation in
events by nonmembers; however,
nonmembers have no guarantee of being
accepted into a tournament field regardless
of when their application was submitted.
A nonmember’s on-line
tournament registration will not be
processed until the next business day
following the 5pm tournament’s cancellation
date. Nonmember
applications will be processed provided
there is space available in the tournament,
and the nonmember’s proof of age document is
on file and approved.
Credit card payments will not be charged
until the player is placed in the
tournament.
Applications missing required information or
proof of age documents will be rejected and
not processed.
